Buying Advice Articles

To the left is an example of a browse page for digital cameras. You can now access helpful buying advice articles, by clicking the "Need Help Buying" bar at the top of the screen. This bar will appear whenever you are in a browse category where there is relevant buying advice articles.

When you click that bar, you will see links to buying advice articles from trusted sources at the top of the screen. If you still have questions, you can use the Yahoo! Answers module to post a question to the Yahoo! community or search Yahoo! Answers for what you want to know.

When you've completed your research, you can simply scroll down the screen to see actual product results which will allow you to read product reviews and compare prices from nearly 70,000 stores from across the Web.

Merchant Ratings & Reviews

Check out merchant ratings and read reviews from other users in the Yahoo! Shopping community. Ratings include overall ratings for the merchant, as well as ratings for specific service- and price-related issues. Reviews include comments from users about their own experiences with merchants, such as placing orders, return policies, shipping information, and more.

If you've interacted with or ordered from a merchant, you can also rate and review a merchant to let others know about your own experiences.
